As part of our customer support team, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer detailed guidance regarding our gaming products. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone to Danish-speaking clients.
• Quickly and effectively address and resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain exceptional service levels.
• Record and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to support service improvements.
• Participate in training initiatives to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and proficient in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
• A true passion for gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry are highly valued.
