About Our Clients

Our client is a fast-growing DTC supplement company generating over €1M per month in revenue across the DACH market focused on scaling high-performing consumer brands through data-driven marketing and conversion optimization.

They have built a unique performance-driven marketing system where landing pages compete against one another based on real business outcomes, not opinions. They are looking for a Ecommerce Manager (expert in Landing Page & CRO) to own their landing page ecosystem, optimize customer acquisition, and improve conversion performance across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands direct response marketing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), customer retention, and persuasive copywriting. You will be responsible for building, optimising, and scaling high-converting landing pages that drive revenue growth and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete landing page ecosystem.
• Create and optimise high-converting landing pages for customer acquisition.
• Write and improve direct response copy that increases conversions.
• Analyse landing page performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams.
• Improve customer retention and lifetime value through landing page optimisation.
• Utilise AI tools such as Claude and other productivity tools to improve workflows.
• Ensure landing pages are aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth.

Requirements

• Candidates must currently be based in Germany and have professional-level German language proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Landing Page Management, CRO, or Direct Response Marketing.
• Strong B2C direct response copywriting experience.
• Proven experience improving conversion rates and landing page performance.
• Experience working with D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of customer psychology and conversion focused marketing.
• Shopify experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Customer retention and LTV optimization experience.
• Advanced CRO methodologies.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude.
• Marketing, CRO, or copywriting certifications.
• Experience within health, wellness, supplements, or other DTC consumer brands.
