As a Lead Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for:

• Drive daily account management performance to meet and exceed company standards
•  Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed and adhered to
• Managing and maintaining the store's inventory
• Assisting with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis
• Set up and maintain an attractive and clean show room
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• When needed, must go out on truck to perform deliveries and set-up in customer’s location
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, account management, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and overall customer service
• Manage and secure the assets of the store
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager

Requirements

• Proficient in both sales and account management functions
• Heavy lifting required
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License for a minimum of 1 year
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check
