As a representative, you will assist clients in German, helping them navigate their telecommunications needs while experiencing the beautiful culture of Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service modifications.
• Guide clients through product features and troubleshooting technical issues effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
• Stay updated on telecommunications trends, products, and services to deliver knowledgeable support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Relocation to Greece or ability to work onsite in Greece is necessary.
