In this essential role, you will interact with our Turkish-speaking clients, helping them understand how our innovative cloud solutions can enhance their business operations. Your expertise in B2B sales will play a crucial role in establishing strong client relationships and achieving successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage effectively with Turkish-speaking clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored B2B cloud solutions
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate the benefits of our services
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals
  • Respond to client inquiries and promptly resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service and product delivery
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in B2B sales and a background in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset towards achieving sales goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about cloud solutions
  • Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package
