Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation to Bulgaria).

• Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
