• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using company systems.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry updates to better assist clients.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously develop skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential; additional language skills such as English or Bulgarian are advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
