Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Webflow Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves developing responsive and performant websites using Webflow, collaborating closely with our UI Designer, marketing team, and other developers to execute web projects. The Webflow Developer will ensure that all web projects are optimized for performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.

What You Will Do

  • Develop responsive and performant websites using Webflow, ensuring they meet design specifications and user requirements.
  • Work closely with designers, other developers, and the marketing team to plan and execute web projects.
  • Identify and fix issues with existing web projects, ensuring consistent quality and performance
  • Conduct project reviews to maintain the quality and consistency of Webflow projects
  • Integrate web projects with third-party APIs and services.
  • Optimize web projects for performance and scalability, including implementing caching strategies where appropriate.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Webflow features, tools, and trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.

What You Need To Have
  • Proficient in Webflow, with a strong understanding of JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Figma for translating designs into Webflow projects.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency, confident in asking questions and collaborating with internal teams through platforms like Teams, Figma, Monday, and Jira.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • A proactive learner and problem solver who can adapt to new challenges.
  • Understanding of design principles and best practices for responsive web design.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO best practices to ensure performant and healthy websites.
  • Ability to follow best practices for exporting assets from Figma.
  • Experience with other web development tools and frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other web design tools and platforms.
