Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Lithuanian-speaking clients through various communication channels, providing assistance and answering inquiries.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our services to offer accurate information and support to clients.
• Facilitate smooth interactions by managing client accounts and processing requests promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs and enhance service delivery.
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Experience in customer service, support roles, or relevant fields is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude towards customer engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing client accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and office software is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided.
