At KU, we value diversity, inclusion, and excellence. We are committed to providing the best possible outcomes for children and families in our communities. We are looking for educators who share our vision and values, and who are ready to make a positive difference in the lives of young children.
The Role:
This role is a direct result of our groundbreaking KU Children’s Services Teacher’s Enterprise Agreement 2025. Our new agreement is designed to continue setting new benchmarks in the sector, providing our employees with the best conditions. The new Agreement features increased educational leader and programming time, more child-free days, up to 15 weeks paid parental leave provisions, building on our already amazing staff supports and benefits.

This opportunity will see you join the team 4 hours every Monday on a permanent basis. You will also have access to our KUCas Casual booking team to pick up additional ECT shifts across other KU Preschools and LDC’s.
