Identity & Access Management (IAM) Migration Consultant
Contract Type: 1-Year Contractor
Pay: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote (Florida or local to Tampa residency preferred )

Key Responsibilities
- Lead migration of SAML/OIDC apps, authentication policies, and workflows from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID
- Configure Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, and Authentication Methods
- Design and implement multi-tenant and B2C identity strategies
- Support hybrid identity scenarios involving AD, Entra Connect, and cloud-first models
- Manage test tenants for validation and proof-of-concept work
- Implement delegated administration and RBAC in Entra and Microsoft 365
- Assist with identity lifecycle management and cleanup of stale objects
- Collaborate on Identity Governance: Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, Access Packages
- Document configurations, processes, and migration plans
- Advise on secure remote access and decommissioning legacy systems
Must-Have Skills
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Proven Okta-to-Entra migration experience
- Test tenant setup and experimentation
- Delegated permissions and least privilege access models in Microsoft 365
- Identity lifecycle management and cleanup
- Hybrid identity environments (AD, Entra Connect, cloud-first)
- Multi-tenant and B2C identity configurations
- PowerShell scripting for identity automation
- Microsoft Graph API and Entra ID custom extensions
- Programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, C#, Bash)
Highly Desired Skills
- Microsoft certifications: SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500
- Zero Trust architecture and secure access design
- DevOps experience
- AWS IAM, AWS Managed AD
- HR-as-Master integration
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
