Supported by a team of 70 highly dedicated professionals at their headquarters, they offer first-class solutions for the truck segment.TasksIn this dynamic role, you will provide both online and on-site technical assessment to aftersales partners and retail locations. You’ll act as a vital link to the product support & development team, helping to ensure seamless customer service and product quality.Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Assist with the introduction of new technologies at retail locations and for customers
  • Monitor products in the field, providing detailed reports and analysis on technical anomalies
  • Offer technical support via phone, email, ticket system, and on-site visits to retail locations
  • Assist in resolving complaints, diagnosing damage, and finding technical solutions
  • Create technical documentation to support diagnostic and repair processes
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends and developments, and align these innovations with customer needs
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you’ll need a combination of technical know-how and a passion for trucks:
  • Proven experience as an automotive diagnostician, workshop manager, or similar leadership roles in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Basic technical training in the commercial vehicle sector
  • Further qualifications as an MB System Technician, Automotive Diagnostician NF, or similar
  • Basic commercial knowledge or additional commercial training
  • Driving license (Category C or CE)
  • Extensive knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector and an interest in cutting-edge technologies
  • Fluency in French & German; English is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid IT skills
  • Residency in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
