Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operations on job sites. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment including broom, roller, front-end loader, skid loader, scraper, motor grader, excavator, dozer, GPS equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize machinery for various tasks such as digging and transporting materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and safely.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise and report any significant concerns to management.

Experience

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery and construction operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Minimum of two-years of experience
