We’re a small HR team who hard together to ensure that HR is a key contributor to Azul’s success so we need that rare person who is strong both operationally and strategically – who sees both the forest and the trees. We’re looking for a seasoned HR leader who will contribute their excellent consulting and coaching skills and deep expertise in compensation, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and general HR operations to continue our mission to build a world-class HR function and practices that align with our values.

As a Senior Director in HR, you will work hand-in-glove with the VP of HR to shape our strategy and as a strategic business partner to the leadership team and partner with all members of the HR team on execution. Depending on our phase of growth, you may work across all functions globally or you may be partnered with specific leaders, organizations or geographies. As our first leader of Compensation, you’ll ensure that our programs support the goals of Azul and provide for fair and equitable compensation for our people. 

Your experience working within fast-paced - preferably global - organizations will be essential as we continue to expand our global footprint.
