Your MissionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Working Student for Data Management to join our team and take ownership of our core asset—the Golden Layer! In this key role, you'll be responsible for acquiring, importing, and maintaining spare parts product data to enhance the value it brings to our customers.We offer you the opportunity to

• Manage the heart of our software, the SPARETECH database, by acquiring, importing, and maintaining product data, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Prepare and process incoming partner data in Excel/BMECats in the ETL-process for data import
• Perform quality checks on incoming catalogues and collaborate with Data and Partner Management teams to fix any issues
• Help the team to maintain and ensure high database quality, by investigating reported products and resolving issues
• Work closely with the team and learn how to define crawlers and other tools to optimize product data management and acquisition
• Get in touch with our partners for data-related topics
• Increase our database coverage by researching and integrating relevant manufacturers

• Have a passion for working with (product) data and are not afraid of large data sets
• Have a strong analytical mindset, initiative and a structured and detail-orientated way of working
• Are currently pursuing a degree in a data-oriented technical course of study
• Have very good knowledge of MS Excel and can use it routinely as well as have initial experience in working with large (product) data sets (would be an advantage)
• You speak fluent English, German would be a plus
