Kickstart Your HR Career as Our Next Human Resources Intern!

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and see how an HR department really works? Our 6–12 month internship is designed to give you exposure to a variety of HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. This is your chance to develop real skills, work alongside experienced HR professionals, and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a key support to our HR team — handle filing, scanning, uploading documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Get involved in major HR programs — recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, safety/workers comp, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support payroll functions when needed, learning how HR and payroll work together to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate or current student in Human Resources or Business.

• Curiosity and foundational knowledge of HR areas like talent acquisition, compensation, or employee engagement.

• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations (or willingness to learn quickly!).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel — bonus points if you’ve used online HR or payroll systems.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.

• Great communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — to connect with employees and leaders alike.
