Launch Your Career in a Skilled Construction Trade! Full Service Chimney™ offers the nation’s first Registered Apprenticeship for Fireplace and Chimney Repair Technicians, with a pathway to Journeyman-level leadership.
Do you have an interest in leading people and taking responsibility? If you want a career where effort turns into trust, and trust turns into leadership, this may be the right fit.
We are hiring intentionally for long-term growth, not short-term turnover, because consistency and commitment truly matter here. We are a tight-knit group that makes big things happen daily. We hold ourselves accountable and expect the same from all members of our team.
This role begins with hands-on repair work in the field. Over time, the right person can grow into leading crews, organizing work, maintaining quality standards, mentoring others, and helping improve field systems and processes.
As a Construction Project Leader Apprentice, you’ll begin as a Field Technician Assistant, learning side-by-side with industry experts. Our Registered Apprenticeship Program is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals. You’ll start with paid, hands-on training in our Apprenticeship program to build your skills and confidence in the trade.
Once invited to join, apprentices receive paid, on-the-job training and related technical instruction, preparing them for certification and advancement into project leadership roles.
Eligible apprentices may be able to utilize their GI Bill® educational benefits, subject to approval and eligibility requirements set by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government website at: https://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill/.
Whether you’re starting fresh or bringing construction experience, our program provides the training, support, and opportunities you need to grow and thrive. Apply now to begin your paid training and take the first step toward a long-term career in this specialized trade.
