Are you ready to lead a high-performing production team at the forefront of automotive interiors manufacturing? Forvia, a global leader in automotive technology, is looking for a driven and experienced UAP Manager to lead operations and drive excellence at our Spring Hill, TN plant.
What You’ll Do:
Education / Experience:
• Preferably a master’s degree in engineering with specialization in Production
• At least 5 years of production experience
• 3-5 years of team management
• Proficient level of English, Spanish is a plus
Knowledge / Skills:
• Operational knowledge of production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM…)
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record in upholding safety and quality standards
