Do you have a strong understanding of technical document preparation or review, including Statements of Work, technical drawings, and specifications?
Are you a great communicator, who is experienced in managing strategic relationships and utilizing positive negotiation tactics?
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to join our DCC team in Shilo, Manitoba.
The Coordinator, Contract Services (Procurement Officier), arranges and prepares standard contracts for the Client-Partners (e.g. construction, professional services). The incumbent determines Client-Partner needs, provides advice on appropriate procurement approaches, reviews Client-Partner documentation, and arranges for the preparation and submission of documents to the responsible contract authority. The incumbent also makes recommendations to the contract authority about initiating procurement, process decisions and contract awards, and manages the Client-Partner relationship.
