Job Duties 

  • Support defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific/engineering research; reverse engineering analysis/characterizations; and facility and vulnerability assessments on foreign nuclear capabilities. 
  • This includes, but not limited to, nuclear engineering and sub-disciplines of thermo-hydraulics; seismic/earthquakes; physics; computational science; and/or fission reactor engineering. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting defense analytic requirements with nuclear engineering research 
  • Bachelor’s degree in physics, engineering, engineering technologies, or a physical science field. 
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Desired

  • Knowledge of nuclear sub-disciplines like thermos-hydraulics, seismic events, physics, computational science, or fission reactor engineering
  • Work experience at a national-level agency
  • Active CI poly – those with active CI polys will be given preference.
