Industrial Maintenance Technician

Seats Incorporated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift manufacturing operations.

Position: Industrial Maintenance                                                      

This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and completing work orders to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance certification or equivalent experience and training.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and training to enhance relevant skills and stay current with industry advancements.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently while using good judgment.
• Skilled in machining, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to program, install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify machinery.
• Ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to solve problems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and wire schematics.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge and training in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Effectively communicate using written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift.
• Frequent lifting of parts or equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, or crawl as necessary to work in tight or awkward spaces to inspect or repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.

2nd shift: 2:45 pm-1:15 am Monday through Thursday, with overtime possible. 

*Friday overtime may be mandatory* 

*Saturday overtime is always voluntary*
