Your mission:

  • Sales System Governance: Oversee the functionality and performance of sales-related systems, ensuring seamless integration, accuracy, and reliability. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy within sales systems and reports. Be the owner of database integrations and information quality, guaranteeing upgrades
  • Business Scorecards & Reporting: Contribute to have automated business scorecards and Power BI dashboards for sales and execution performance, ensuring accessibility and usability. Support organizational adoption of data-driven decision-making and dashboard usage.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations. Implement automation and streamline reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.                                                    
  • G2M Capabilities and Tools adoption: Collaborate with teams to leverage digital tools that empower G2M strategies, including Distributors Integration Systems, Sales Force Automation and Force Manager. Ensure teams have the necessary tools to drive growth and optimize sales processes.
  • Process Efficiency and Improvement: Develop projects that streamline processes, preparing the company for future challenges and driving operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Partner with trade marketing, supply, planning, and net revenue team to align reporting efforts and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Your day to day with us:

  • Advanced analytics, statistical skills, and business savvy to transform data into business opportunities: 
  • Ability and experience in transforming data into concrete insights and actionable plans
  • Data treatment: 
    • Data cleaning, preparation, and mining: Ensure the data is ready to be analyzed (normalized, standard & clean). Discover hidden patterns that enable the company to take decisions and discover new opportunities.
    • Data visualization/ Dashboards: Use tools to be able to visualize data & hidden insights and to provide an impactful source of new opportunities. Ensure we discover new sources of data, specifically digital & unused data sources such as API’s, open data, etc… (by using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik sense…)
    • Data modeling: knowledge and use of statistical tools that allow deeper analysis with big amount of data (Python, SQL, R, etc)
  • Keep up-to-date changes and upgrades needed on Pepsico Systems (G-Conector; SFA; Power BI; Force Manager);
  • Responsible for guaranteeing quality Power BI dashboards and other sales KPI’s reporting tools.
  • Project Management:
    • Schedule priorities, identify risks, and propose action plans together with the manager
    • Align with different stakeholders’ business requirements to deliver projects according to business priorities
Qualifications:

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics or Management, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qliks) and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with database management and SQL queries (Postgres preferred).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assure change management and digital tools adoption by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with a good level of Spanish (preferred); 
  • Ability to communicate and present fluently.
