Full-time Ongoing Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our Padstow AutoGlass Team! You will need to have the ability to make decisions, work to agreed budgets and meet key performance indicators.
In time the location of our DC will be relocating to the Western Suburbs as part of our new DC Modernisation plan.
You will need proven people leadership skills combined with DC/Warehouse experience to ensure DC support activities are operationally efficient, effective, safe and compliant at all times.
The role:
Engage, lead and support your team of Warehouse operators
Fulfill all orders and maintain accurate inventory
Managing individual and team KPI's within agreed budgets - driving success
Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships including customers and insurers, local suppliers
Guide the development of all team members by identifying and providing learning and development opportunities
Support management of the schedules of work
Driving safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with WH&S and Chain of Responsibility
About You:
Proven leadership experience in a DC, Warehouse or Supply Chain environment
Strong understanding of WHS policies and compliance
Hands-on approach with willingness to perform physical tasks
Strong customer service focus to meet and exceed customer expectations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical and multi-tasking abilities
Passion and dedication for business growth
Have a valid LF Forklift License (required)
Have High Reach Forklift experience
