CSEA Range 27; Full-time/Non-Exempt; 40 hours per week; 12 months per year
Position contingent on continued grant funding.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Administrative Secretary-Office Coordinator position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of centers and programs within Student Belonging and Empowerment (SBE). This position has a primary focus on providing high-level clerical and programmatic support for the Native American Center. Additionally, this position may be responsible for budgetary management for other SBE programs like the International Center and Puente Program.

Work Schedule
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Over the summer the schedule changes to Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Friday off.
