Verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van hoogwaardige klantenservice, het oplossen van serviceproblemen en het geven van trainingen aan klanten over het gebruik en onderhoud van Coperion KTron (Doseer apparaten en lagedruk transporten) apparatuur op klantlocaties.

Taken:

  • Uitvoeren van servicebezoeken in de Benelux-regio
  • Inbedrijfstellen van nieuwe apparatuur, uitvoeren van reparaties en troubleshooting op klantlocaties door het hele gebied
  • Aanpassen en optimaliseren van Coperion K-Tron apparatuur indien nodig om aan de procesbehoeften van de klant te voldoen
  • Telefonische ondersteuning bieden tijdens kantooruren
  • Nieuwe leads genereren voor SCK-producten door suggesties voor aanpassingen en verbeteringen
  • Follow-up van kritieke projectinterventies of middelgrote tot grote projecten
  • Klantbezoeken voor garantieclaims en het oplossen van gebreken
  • Technische trainingen geven aan onze klanten

Profiel:

  • Technisch diploma in elektrotechniek, mechaniek of besturingstechniek
  • Ervaring in technisch serviceverlening, bij voorkeur in een gerelateerde industrie
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office-toepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; kennis van Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Sterke probleem oplossende vaardigheden
  • Comfortable om in een team te werken
  • Bereidheid om te reizen en doordeweeks te overnachten, indien nodig

Job Description

Responsible for providing high quality customer service, fixing service issues, and providing training to customers in the use and maintenance of Coperion KTron (Feeding and Conveying) equipment at customer sites. Generate new leads during service visits at customers.

Tasks:

  • Conducting service visits in the Benelux region
  • Commissioning new equipment, performing repairs, and troubleshooting at customer sites throughout the territory
  • Adjusting and modifying Coperion K-Tron equipment as needed to fulfill customer process requirements
  • Providing telephone support during office hours
  • Generating new leads for SCK products by suggesting adjustments and improvements
  • Following up on critical project interventions or mid to large-sized projects
  • Visiting customers for warranty claims and addressing deficiency notes
  • Delivering technical training sessions for our customers

Profile:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering
  • Experience in technical field service, preferably within a related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the week
