Immediate Opening: Skilled Caregiver in Marshall, MO

Join Phoenix Home Care and Hospice and make a real difference for someone who relies on skilled support.

Schedule: Five days per week for a total of 21 hours.

We are looking for a dependable CNA or an experienced caregiver who is confident with hands on personal care. Hoyer lift experience is required for this role.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with bathing and dressing
• Support with feeding
• Complete transfers to and from a chair
• Safely operate a Hoyer lift
• Provide steady, compassionate care throughout each shift

What We’re Looking For:
• CNA certification or strong caregiver background
• Reliable and professional with a commitment to quality care
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Retention Bonus Opportunity

We value commitment and consistency. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus with completion of required work hours:

• $300 after 30 days
• $600 after 60 days
• $900 after 90 days
