About the Role

 In this position, you will:

• Oversee lead flow and ensure leads are converted to appointments for sales advisors

• Drive productivity and provide support to call center representatives

• Coach and support team to meet daily benchmarks

• Assist with lead setting and operate as a leader by example

Key Qualifications 

• 2+ years of customer service experience required

• 2+ years of lead setting experience preferred

• Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong familiarity with call center technology, CRM systems, and data management software
