• Welcoming guest with a warm greeting.
• Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
• Upselling items when serving.
• Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.
• Taking beverage and food out with care.
• Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timings of food delivery are running smoothly.
• Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
• Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.

The Person:

Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Multi-Skilled Team Member will be able to work as a team but also work by themselves, communicate with there team but also other team members around the hotel. Handling situations in a polite and professional manner to suit guests needs.
