Director Business Development, Payers, Providers & Government

We help Payers, Providers & Government optimize population health management through the work we do to improve patient outcomes.

We are looking for an individual to work within the EMEA regional HSS (Payor, Provider and Government) team to drive sales across the EMEA PPG portfolio.

This includes the entire IQVIA portfolio of solutions sold to the EMEA PPG segment, including Global RW tech solutions such as Privacy Analytics, ARA (patient data platform), Genomics, Linguamatics (NLP), OMOP and AI & ML as well as country and regional PPG focused within the Lift & Shift program, including HealthPlug, HIS, Healthflow, Health Data Flight etc.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual annual sales target based on selling to Payer, Provider & Government (PPG) clients across the offering suite to attain TCV quotas.
  • Deploy extensive senior level external networking to develop contacts and engage clients to drive your opportunity pipeline e.g., generating leads.
  • Personally, lead key strategic and large opportunities that are critical to achieving regional plan and financial goals.
  • Work across the EMEA RBU functional and local sales teams, country leads and RWT specialists to co-ordinate your approach with customers to drive sales, leveraging sales specialist teams where required. 
  • Partner with EMEA in-country PPG sales teams to adopt and sell established solutions from the PPG portfolio.
  • Support the build out of account plans and develop /evolve client specific account strategies.
  • Partner with other regional and global sales functions, to engage C-suite and key influencers and budget holders within client base.
  • Assess any additional client potential within white space analysis to directly drive revenue & growth.
  • Support offerings teams to provide input to develop and adapt current solutions, to create new & improved client centric offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in with substantial experience in healthcare industry including: -
  • Established connections and experience working within Europe/Middle East
  • Proven track record of selling directly to healthcare clients, ideally within the provider Health IT and/or operational clinical systems area.
  • Extensive knowledge of Health IT tech offerings, customer account management and the Healthcare industry – Payor, Provider and Government knowledge desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior level execs at customer organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and engage wider go to market stakeholders across organization both internally and externally.
