At dormakaba, we’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Specification Salesperson to join our expanding specification team. Following a year of strong pipeline growth, this role is essential to sustaining momentum and driving further success across our sales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with architects in your region, becoming a trusted advisor for dormakaba’s product clusters. You’ll manage project progression through our CRM system, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams. As the lead on major projects, you’ll coordinate with sales teams and managers to meet key milestones and objectives.

You’ll also play a vital role in educating architects and consultants on new products and processes, delivering RIBA-approved CPDs, and supporting the sales team during tender stages. Collaboration with Product Management and Marketing will be key, as you provide feedback and contribute to lead generation initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with experience in the construction industry, particularly working with architects. You should be confident reading technical drawings and have strong communication and project coordination skills. A collaborative mindset and a passion for building relationships are essential.
