THIS IS A PART-TIME CONTRACTOR POSITION

Job Description

• Work with Site Supervisors in a multi-state organization regarding staffing needs
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruiting and job platforms
• Review and evaluate all candidate applications for qualifications and identify qualified candidates
• Perform initial screening interviews by phone
• Engage, build, and maintain relationships with the candidate during the onboarding and clearance process
• Act as a support system before and during hiring process
• Reduce the time to hire process for the business
• Other administrative tasks regarding the hiring/onboarding process as assigned (offer letters, initiating onboarding process)
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system for reporting purposes
• Create and maintain metrics surrounding recruitment and hiring

Job Requirements

• Prior recruiting/hiring experience (1-2 years)
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong organization skills, as well as effective time management skills
• Experienced with social media platforms for use in recruiting
• Computer literacy in a Windows environment including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet browsing (intermediate to advanced use)
• Proactive mindset
• Ability to identify business needs and create solutions and/or efficiencies
• Fluent English
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish) but not required

Working Conditions:

Work is generally sedentary in nature.  The working environment is generally favorable.  Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.  Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
