As an Intern in the Product Development field for 6 months, you will be to be part of the Regional Innovation – Dairy / Plant-Based Dairy team, in the Flavours Division. You will be working on formulating new Dairy & PB Dairy products and applying new flavours / profiles. 

You will be part of a supportive, diverse and responsible team which is already curious to meet you. 

This role is based in Kemptthal (Switzerland).

You will:

• Prepare flavoured food products for research projects, customer projects and internal presentations. 
• Select flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regulatory, legislation, technical costs)
• Participate in evaluations of flavours in food applications for briefs, research projects and portfolio evaluations 
• Manage flavour data and recipe documentation for food products 
• Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles 
• Support tasting sessions and presentations to customers and visitors 
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following safety policies
• Collect information from the markets and external sources and prepare data

You:

• Are in the process or have just recently completed a bachelor or master’s degree in the field of food science
• Have great Interest in Consumer-end Food products and Technology and the passion for Food and Tasting new products
• Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written)  
• Good sense of organization
• Good Computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
• Team-focused work style
