We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to lead trenchless infrastructure rehabilitation projects with a sharp focus on safety, quality, timely delivery, and profitability.
· Ensure a safe work environment with zero incidents and uphold high standards of performance across all projects.
· Collaborate closely with the superintendent, owners, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
· Procure and schedule timely delivery of materials in line with project specifications and plans.
· Manage the submission and review process of shop drawings, addressing any feedback from owners or engineers swiftly.
· Organize and coordinate the delivery of necessary equipment to meet project requirements from start to finish.
· Attend and actively participate in project meetings with owners and engineers.
· Perform regular site visits with the project superintendent, adjusting frequency based on project location and needs.
· Maintain open and timely communication with owners and engineers regarding any scope changes and manage the associated change orders.
· Review time sheets for accuracy and work documentation.
· Calculate work quantities and prepare monthly pay estimates.
· Identify and manage potential conflicts prior to project startup.
· Demonstrated experience in construction project management with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Ability to adapt to project needs and foster a collaborative team environment.
· Basic computer skills, including Excel and other software applications.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment (post-offer) drug screen.
· Must be authorized to work in the US.
