Work you will do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (“SR&T”) – Restructuring, Turnaround & Cost Transformation (“RTCT”) practice in Southeast Asia.

Our people flourish in the unexpected. The RTCT team specialises in offering sophisticated advice and innovative solutions to companies facing corporate stress or disruption. Working with lenders, investors and senior stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs and MDs, we advise on financial restructuring / refinancing, operational restructuring, profit improvement programs, cash generation / working capital analysis, and large-scale complex transformational change, to protect and build value, while maximizing returns.

You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence-based analytical capability and strategic thinking to help them solve pressing, complex and cross-border issues. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.

Requirements

• Possesses a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, consulting, or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with a meticulous approach to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and adaptability abilities, proactively proposing solutions and working effectively in team environments.
• Inquisitive nature, always coachable for continuous development, with a strong desire to learn independently and stay updated on industry trends.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, uncertain, or ambiguous situations while working against demanding timelines.
• Willing to travel for client assignments across Southeast Asia and internationally.
