JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Python, Java, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and OpenAI technologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our products and mentoring engineering teams.

 

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architect and implement scalable software systems using Python and Java.
  • Design and deploy intelligent automation solutions leveraging RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Integrate and apply OpenAI APIs and models to enhance product capabilities.
  • Lead machine learning initiatives including model development, training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
