About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) Brisbane are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team based out of our Hemmant site.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of our largest customers existing accounts, winning new business and expanding our customer base. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies.

While the role's primary focus is on driving new business opportunities to support Network growth, we’re open to candidates from all walks of life—whether you’re an experienced professional or someone looking for an exciting career change. What matters most is your passion for connecting with people, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer solutions.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: 

•    Excellent business development skills 
•    A passion for customer service and building rapport with clients 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Confident working autonomously and within a team 
•    Well versed in stakeholder management 

Prior experience in the building and construction industry is valued but not essential. If you have the drive to succeed, a willingness to learn, and a solid work ethic please apply!
