Summary of Role
Serving as the primary point of contact for associates to provide guidance and training on industry best practices. Ensuring adherence to proper methods and safety standards while effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner. Addressing problems and conducting audits to identify issues, followed by providing constructive feedback to associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as neededGuide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and new/updated proceduresPromote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by exampleHelp oversee daily assigned areaEnforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standardsAudit proactively to detect and solve problemsEnsure areas are ready for next shift ie all tasks completed, problem solve items solvedCommunicate respectfully and effectively with associates when product quality is at riskIdentify training deficiencies in associates and work with them to improve accuracyMaintain confidentialityAssist on the floor in other areas when neededOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Able to read, write, and speak EnglishBilingual in Spanish a plusStrong problem-solving and motivational skills Approachable, welcoming, and friendlyAt least 1 year of experience in a quality, lead, or training roleDependable and punctual Sharp attention to detail Hands-on and solution-oriented with ability to multitask as well as lead in fast-paced team environment Flexible, able to effectively prioritize tasksOutstanding organizational skills with both system and manual production environmentsLead by example with ability to motivate employees to maximize their efforts in productivity and qualityComputer experience including Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets
