Coordinator of Fan Experience & Special Projects, Office of Athletics
Provides direct oversight and supervision in all ticket office operations, including ticket sales, ticket operations, marketing, promotions, tailgate sales and logistics, general parking, and administrative duties. This role is responsible for ticket sales, community outreach, box office management, marketing for upcoming competitions and special events, and leading various special projects and events as assigned by the Director of Athletics or their designee.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or entrepreneurship or four years of relevant experience lieu of degree.

Attention to detail
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Basic office and computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs.
Demonstrate understanding of college athletics.
High level of organization and attention to details.
Solution oriented and creative approach to projects.
Responsibilities:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Sit at a desk and use your hands, wrists, and fingers to operate a computer regularly. Communicate in-person or on the phone with internal and external constituents. Stand and walk around the office and to other campus facilities to perform day-to-day duties. Lift and carry general office supplies and equipment. Place signage indoors or outdoors. Navigate uneven outdoor terrain at times. Navigate various flights of stairs or bleachers.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
General office conditions: exposed to moderate noise levels. Busy college indoor or outdoor competition environment, with moderate to high noise levels. May require travel to various locations to foster connection with community, and other external constituents.
