Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and committed Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, encourage community participation, and help them achieve personal goals. Responsibilities

  • Help clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Support individuals in community integration and participation in social activities.
  • Implement individualized service plans and accurately document progress.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Attend training sessions and comply with organizational policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in direct care or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or must be obtained upon hire.
