Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipping and receiving activities while ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met at our Haines City facility. This unique role combines data entry and analysis with physical material handling, offering a dynamic mix of office and warehouse responsibilities. You’ll work under the guidance of the Production & Warehouse Supervisor.

  • Review inbound shipments and compare to material needs; report any shortages to the supervisor
  • Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks to meet on-time delivery goals
  • Pull finished products from inventory, assemble orders, and prepare them for shipment
  • Receive inbound materials and transfer them to proper storage areas
  • Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials between areas
  • Organize workflow for maximum efficiency and help resolve shipping/receiving issues
  • Maintain accurate records, including shipping/receiving logs, inventory counts, and labor reports
  • Ensure shipments are properly packed, labeled, and match bills of lading
  • Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies; document and report issues
  • Support coordination of LTL and dedicated carriers for customer and internal transfers
  • Lead or assist temporary staff on special warehouse projects as needed
  • Communicate with Customer Service and Sales regarding product availability and order status
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized in line with company standards
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting, including clerical responsibilities
  • At least 1 year of forklift operation experience
  • Basic computer skills required; SAP experience is a strong plus
  • Strong data entry, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Flexible to work various shifts and overtime as needed
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to build positive working relationships
