Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes
• Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of solar installations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Coordinate training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
