We’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer I who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and driving technical excellence. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and improving software that powers our customer experience. This is a high-impact role where your leadership and innovation will shape the future of our technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions
  • Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams
  • Collaborate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning
  • Conduct design and code reviews with a focus on quality and performance
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
  • Drive innovation by applying new technologies with calculated risk

What You Bring

 

  • 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more languages: Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Go, or Python
  • Ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams to build dynamic, reusable Vue components
  • Skilled in optimizing Vue-based applications for performance and accessibility across browsers and devices
  • Strong technical leadership and clear communication skills
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting innovative applications
  • Proven ability to mentor others and lead through ambiguity
  • A growth mindset with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing

 

Education & Eligibility

  • B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $135,000 to $170,000 or more depending on experience.
