Electrical Tradesperson – Fixed Plant

About the Role

Reporting to the Electrical Coordinator, an opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Electrical Tradesperson to join our energetic and multi-disciplined Engineering team. The successful candidate will be working on a 7/7 roster, completing 12-hour day and night shifts. Village accommodation offered for candidates residing over an hour from Greenbushes 

Responsibilities include:

• Statutory testing and inspections.
• Scoping continuous improvement opportunities;
• Raising observations and work orders;
• Breakdown and fault finding on Fixed Plant;
• Preventative maintenance on Fixed Plant; and
• Modular and shutdown maintenance.

About the Candidate

• Electrical/Instrument trade qualification;
• High Voltage Switching Operators Certificate with H/V experience;
• PLC, Citect and field instrument experience;
• Understanding of CMMS;
• Experienced in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) would be an advantage; and
• Working knowledge of electrical standards and codes.
