Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers!

We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team in Gilman, IL and help drive exceptional care. In this role, you will oversee clinical services, guide therapeutic practices, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. 

Your leadership will inspire and support Primary Therapists and clinical staff, fostering collaboration, program excellence, and life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.

Position Details:

• Reports to: Executive Director
• Schedule: Full-Time| Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday
• Location: Gilman, IL (on-site)
• Compensation: $80K - $85K

Key Responsibilities

• Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance.

• Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.

• Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.

• Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development.

• Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models.

• Participate in staff training and development initiatives.

• Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed.

• Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related human services major.
• An active LMHC, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.  
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
• 2 or more years of management experience. 
• Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.
