Miller International Inc., manufacturer of Cinch® and Cruel®, is actively seeking an enthusiastic Part-time Outlet Store Receiver to support inventory operations at our Cinch Factory Store in Fort Worth, TX. Each day will bring new opportunities to help maintain accurate merchandise flow, ensure stockroom organization, and support the team that keeps our store running efficiently. We take great pride in our products and the work we do!

Salary: $17.00 per hour

As an Outlet Store Receiver, you'll be required to complete the following tasks:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, and management

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

• Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to management

• Accurately scan and enter received merchandise into the inventory/POS system

• Label, tag, and prepare merchandise according to company pricing and inventory standards

• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly, and secure stockroom

• Remove merchandise from boxes and pallets and properly dispose of packaging materials

• Stock shelves, racks, and display fixtures as needed

• Support timely replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor

• Process store transfers and prepare outbound shipments as needed

• Participate in cycle counts and assist with physical inventory

• Follow company loss prevention and inventory control procedures

• Assist sales associates and management with inventory-related tasks as needed

• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail, inventory, stockroom, receiving, or related operational experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise and inventory records
• Ability to apply basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, counting, and inventory reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of POS and inventory management systems; ability to learn new software quickly
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with store team members
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and supervisors
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holiday shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
