Fort HealthCare is a patient-centered hospital and healthcare system serving individuals, businesses and families in Jefferson, Dane, and Walworth Counties, and we are seeking a CNA, CMA, or LPN to join our Jefferson Clinic team.

The CNA, CMA, and LPN provides care and support to patients under the direction of the physician or advance practice practitioner. This position requires an ability to perform a wide variety of patient care activities, including the ability to screen telephone calls as directed by the physician, perform certain receptionist duties and to assist the physician with any necessary procedures on patients, from birth to geriatrics including lab duties. Versatility and a willingness to become familiar with all aspects of the clinic are required. Cross-training is required, as staffing needs dictate. This position is involved in the coordination of patient care activities with outside providers and serves as a liaison between patients and physicians
