As CORPORATE TALENT MANAGER, you are a key member of Oleon’s Corporate HR team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing global talent initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent in a consistent and impactful way.

  • You execute and continuously refine the talent strategy in alignment with the broader Avril Group HR framework, translating it into actionable plans, programs, and policies tailored to Oleon’s global, regional, and local needs.
  • You own the end-to-end talent management cycle, including the design and coordination of talent reviews, identification of development needs, strategic workforce planning, and ongoing process optimization.
You bring HRIS expertise to the talent lifecycle—contributing to system design, leveraging deep knowledge of HRIS modules, acting as a key reference within the T&L team, and driving digitalization and employee experience enhancements.
  • You analyze talent-related data across functions and geographies, uncover insights, and translate findings into impactful actions that enhance performance and development.
  • You manage the talent development budget, monitor Talent & Learning KPIs across regions, support audits and funding processes, and contribute to global certification efforts, such as Ecovadis.
  • You lead and support strategic HR initiatives, including post-acquisition integration, Great Place to Work certification, and the introduction of AI in HR.
  • You stay on top of evolving Talent and HR trends, ensuring your strategies remain relevant, forward-thinking, and aligned with business needs.
  • You lead and coach a team of two HR professionals based in Belgium.
  • You report directly to the Corporate HR Director and collaborate closely with business leaders across the organization.

You'll succeed if:

  • You hold a master’s degree and bring extensive experience in talent management across its full spectrum within an international environment, preferably at a corporate headquarters.
  • With a pragmatic and results-driven mindset, you effectively navigate and lead in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, coordinating and following up on projects from A to Z with a strong sense of ownership.
  • You are skilled at turning complex data into clear, meaningful presentations and effectively communicating talent insights and strategies across all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
  • As a true team player, you bring the drive and presence to engage, motivate, and guide others, promoting collaboration through strong communication skills.
  • Based in Ertvelde, you are open to travel to international offices to support talent initiatives globally.
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Dutch/French — nice to have, enabling you to work effectively in diverse, multilingual settings.

Next to your skills, it is your drive and motivation that will make all the difference!

Your benefits:

You will join a company with ambitious goals and a welcoming atmosphere. Both your personal development and work-life balance are equally important to us. You can expect an attractive salary and leave scheme, along with numerous benefits such as meal vouchers, CAO90, and options for car and bicycle lease plans. Additionally, we provide a solid insurance plan that you can rely on.
