Job Summary: Performs multiple tasks within the accounting department by performing the following duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Checks and approves all vouchers for payment.
  • Data entry for invoices
  • Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
  • Answers all vendor inquiries.
  • Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assists in monthly closings.
  • Assists in quarterly inventory/data entry.
  • Assists with special projects, as necessary.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be detail oriented and have high math proficiency.
  • Must exhibit high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Excel helpful.
  • Knowledge of Navision or Oracle is a plus
  • Must possess sound interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must pass drug and background checks as applicable.

 

Education and/or Experience

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
