Titans Law is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in FINRA arbitration, U5 disputes, and regulatory defense to represent financial professionals in expungement proceedings and related matters.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who understands the reputational and career impact of U5 disclosures and has experience navigating FINRA arbitration procedures with precision and strategy.

About the Role

You will represent registered representatives, brokers, and financial professionals in:

  • FINRA arbitration proceedings
  • U5 defamation and wrongful termination disputes
  • Expungement hearings
  • Regulatory response strategy
  • Settlement negotiations with member firms
  • Case development, discovery, and evidentiary preparation

We are looking for someone comfortable handling matters independently from intake through final award.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience in FINRA arbitration
  • Experience handling U5 expungement matters
  • Strong evidentiary presentation skills
  • Ability to manage arbitration proceedings independently
  • Understanding of broker-dealer regulatory framework preferred
