Pollo Regio in Little Elm, TX, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence by preparing our delicious menu items with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Assist in training new team members, as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
